Cardiac Nuclear Imaging and CT Cardiologist- Calgary

We are seeking a CPSA licensed Cardiologist with special competence in Cardiac Imaging. The candidate will be engaged in the clinical interpretation of Cardiac CT Angiography and Nuclear Studies. The candidate will further attend cardiology inpatient and consult services (Gen Card 8-12 weeks per annum). The role of this position includes providing clinical care of both outpatients and inpatients within the Department of Cardiac Sciences across the citywide Section of Cardiology. It also requires undergraduate and post-graduate teaching of medical students, clerks and cardiology trainees in several areas of cardiovascular disease. Interest in novel imaging techniques including SPECT cardiovascular techniques, cardiac PET and cardiac CT is considered an asset.
