We have two exciting openings for Endocrinology and Metabolism Specialist to join our modern clinic. We have a dedicated and well-trained staff to help our physicians. Our focus is to provide exceptional patient-centred care to all of our patients."

We use Telus Med Access EMR, very busy and well established clinic in a key location behind Peter Lougheed Hospital, 5 minute walk to Rundle CTrain Station and 5 minute to busy Sunridge Mall. Spacious and clean office space with supportive colleagues and staff as well as multiple allied health services located under the same location.

- Multidisciplinary team on site: experienced MOAs, Licenced Practical Nurse
- On site Functional Medicine, Dermatologist and Aesthetics/Facial Rejuvenation, CDC Booking, Eye disease screening
General Responsibilities:
Taking patient medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
Developing and implementing treatment plans.
Educating patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Staying updated on the latest advancements health.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using current clinical guidelines.
Prescribe medications and therapies, monitor treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as required.
Provide both inpatient and outpatient consultation services, depending on practice setting.
Patient Education & Preventive Care
Work closely with family physicians, internists, pediatricians (if applicable), nurses, dietitians, diabetes educators, and allied health professionals.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
Teaching, Research & Professional Development (role-dependent)
Advocacy & Professional Conduct
Qualifications:
Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA.
MD degree
RCPSC certification in Endocrinology and Metabolism
CPSA licensure (or eligibility)
Residency in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics + subspecialty training
Preferred:
Teaching or research experience
Multidisciplinary clinic experience
