Job Description:

Comprehensive patient care - full time equivalent , chronic disease management, women's health , child exams,
screening procedures, mental health care, acute general medical illnesses , minor procedures etc 
Opportunity for long term care input , general out of hour on call Rota in liaison with other local community clinics
