Job Description:

Unlimited Medical is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, provide preventative healthcare, manage ongoing patient care, and maintain accurate medical records. The chosen physician should have an interest on building their family practice on a two year term.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
Conduct routine health assessments and preventative care screenings.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
