Alberta Health Services - North Zone, and the community of Edson are currently looking to recruit an Otolaryngology (ENT) Visiting Specialist to work alongside the local physicians and provide services in ENT consults and procedures. The ideal candidate will visit the community approximately 12 times per year (2 days per visit), addressing a total of 127 patient cases.
The successful candidate is required to offer services within the Edson Healthcare Centre, within the community of Edson.
This position will fall under the Alberta Surgical Initiative and will require the selected candidate to sign a Visiting Specialist contract rendering their services.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Current Alberta Practice Permit to practice in the advertised position (proof of to be included with application).
- Have certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification (RCPSC).
