Required Qualifications
- Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or an equivalent professional body.
- In addition, the applicant must have:
- Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment, including three years of leadership capacity in clinical services or healthcare operations.
- A successful record of achievement as a leader, including experience in improvement and innovation in service delivery and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have licensure with or be eligible with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
