Description:
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Alberta Health Services (AHS), Calgary Zone, and the Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary, are actively recruiting for a Generalist Obstetrician Locum coverage starting July 01, 2027, and ending August 31, 2027. The position includes 4 on call shifts per month, 6 on-site clinics per month (OB & GYNE).
In addition, the physician may participate in the clinical education and supervision of medical students, residents, and midwifery students rotating through Calgary Zone training programs.
Candidates must have their FRCSC. All candidates will be required to have clinical academic appointments with the Cummings School of Medicine University of Calgary.

Qualifications:
FRCSC Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Incumbent must be an active member of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a member in good standing.
The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
Must read, write and speak English.
