Pediatric Ophthalmologist (25-STO-SUR-OPH-03)

Required qualifications include a MD, certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Ophthalmology, or equivalent, and a minimum of one year fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology. Applicants must be eligible for licensure in the province of Alberta. Please provide a letter of eligibility from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).The successful candidate will have medical and surgical experience and expertise in the identification and treatment of eye diseases for pediatric patients. Additional training in intraocular surgery, including pediatric glaucoma and cataract would be an asset. An interest in adult strabismus would also be advantageous.

Applicants must be licensed in good standing, or eligible for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).  Candidates will have completed a residency in ophthalmology.  Interest in and background pertaining to resident training is a plus.
