RECOVERY ALBERTA: Addictions Medicine Physician - Concurrent Disorder Unit, Calgary

Qualifications:

·       The successful candidate will have an MD, with a CCFP or FRCPC designation, will be eligible for licensure in the province of Alberta

·       will hold a methadone license.

·       Experience with addictions, opioid dependency and an ability to effectively manage patients in crisis are definite assets.

·       Physicians who currently hold addiction medicine certification, have relevant training or have a keen interest in learning addiction medicine are encouraged to express interest.

• 1.4 FTE: Multiple positions with various FTE based on availability. An equitable portion of on-call inclusive of weekends and statutory holidays.
