The community of Jasper is currently looking to recruit a Pediatrician Visiting Specialist to work alongside the local physicians and provide services in Pediatric clinic consults. The ideal candidate will visit these communities approximately 6 times per year (1-2 days each visit). The selected Visiting Specialist for this position will be offering general Pediatric services for the community of Jasper, and the surrounding communities of Edson, Hinton, Mayerthorpe, and Whitecourt, based on referrals from area Family Medicine physicians.
This position will require the selected candidate to sign a Visiting Specialist contract rendering their services.

· Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) or proof of Eligibility for Alberta Licensure required (to be included with application)
· Must be licensed to practice as a Pediatrician Specialist per CPSA Standards
· Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Candidate must have hands on experience offering Pediatric services within the past 1-2 years. Experience offering these services as the sole provider is required.
