Job Description:

Pleasantview Medicentres is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join the team. The successful candidate will participate in
improving health outcomes for patients through comprehensive preventative care strategies and will
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and
seniors.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders,
mental health Addiction medicine
• Perform in office minor procedures.
• Provide preventive care measures, through ensuring vaccinations and regular health screenings are up to date.

lifestyle
• Provide a proactive approach to address potential emerging health issues
• Act as a patient advocate ensuring access to resources and services
• Provide after hours on-call
