Job Description:

Taking patients, medical history, order labs, x-ray and other diagnostics consult, comprehensive health assessment intervention and treatment. Health promotion and prevention of illness, screening and monitoring to ensure early detection of health issues & complications associated with chronic or communicable diseases.
